* You hereby give permission for a Spire BMS support engineer to connect to and control the equipment which you are currently using.
* Spire BMS cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.
* You are giving authorisation for Spire BMS to charge per hour for any remote support work outside of your service agreement.
* If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time, we will suggest that an onsite Spire BMS technician be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply.
